1. Scope
1.1 All deliveries by ASEN Sports (hereinafter: asen-sports-webshop.com) to consumers (§ 1 KSchG) are subject to these General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
1.2 Consumers are consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) and thus natural or legal persons who are not entrepreneurs. Consequences of the cancellation

4.3 Please avoid damage and contamination. If possible, send the goods back to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide suitable packaging for sufficient protection against transport damage.
4.4 Please note that the modalities mentioned in paragraph 4.3 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
5. Prices and shipping costs
5.1 The prices stated on the product pages are gross sales prices and include the legal value added tax and other price components.

6.1 Delivery is only within Europe.

7. Risk bearing and transport
